Snapshot: ASU makes it big on national stage

12 — Strokes under-par, the final score for ASU golf junior Jon Rahm at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Rahm, who was the only amateur in the tournament, finished in an incredible fifth place.

12 — Goal differential between ASU and Arizona over the two-game series at Oceanside Ice Arena. ASU won 7-0 behind sophomore goalie Robert Levin's ACHA-leading eighth shutout Friday night, matching their goal total with a 7-2 win Saturday.

3 — Total games played in the 2014-15 season by ASU sophomore forward Ryan Ostertag, who reportedly is out for the season with an undisclosed injury. Ostertag, who scored the game-winning goal in last season's ACHA national championship game, had seven points this season (four goals, three assists).

12.56 — Distance, in meters, of ASU sophomore Keyasia Tibbs's triple jump at the New Mexico Invitational on Saturday. That score set a school record as the women's team finished fifth overall. The men finished a close second behind UCLA.

370.55 — Cumulative score over six dives by ASU freshman David Hoffer on Friday and Saturday at the USAFA Invitational. Hoffer's score was first out of 27 divers to send him to the championship round, where he finished second to Jacob Crayne of Utah.

2.75 — Margin of defeat for ASU gymnastics, which lost to No. 19 Stanford on Saturday with a strong effort. Junior Allie Salas led the way for the Sun Devils with an all-around score of 39.075.
