ASU soccer game vs. SDSU cancelled due to storm

The Sun Devils announced the decision Monday night via Twitter.

Soccer Breaking News

No. 22 ASU soccer and unranked San Diego State only made it through 15 minutes of their match on Thursday.

The game, dubbed "Monday Night FĂștbol" by Sun Devil Athletics, was placed in a lightning delay at the 15:03 mark in the first half.

According to Sun Devil Soccer on Twitter, there is no plan yet to reschedule the game, but it will not be played Tuesday.

The Sun Devils (2-0-0) are scheduled to play Stephen F. Austin on Friday while the Aztecs (2-1-0) will return to Tempe on Friday to play University of Arizona in the Sun Devil Desert Classic.
