Originally from Hawaii, Brendan Wong decided to bring his favorite island dessert to the desert

Island Mochi was started by ASU nursing student, Brendan Wong in 2020. The small business can be found selling at the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market most Saturdays. You can find out more about Island Mochi on their website.
