BREAKING: Person falls from second floor of Hassayampa Academic Village

The individual was taken to the hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries after a failed stunt, according to police

An individual reportedly sustained serious, non-life-threatening injuries after a fall from a Hassayampa Academic Village building on the Tempe campus early Sunday morning, according to a written statement from an ASU Police Department spokesperson. 

"ASU Police responded to a report of a student who fell from a second floor during an attempted stunt," the spokesperson stated. 

Police performed lifesaving measures upon arrival, and the individual was transported to the hospital, according to the spokesperson.
