October 8, 2012Peeikiegram is a free “photo-flirting” app that transforms a normal photo into a note, utilizing themes and captions. Owtside’s, (the company responsible for Peekiegram) owner, Frank Salls, described the app in an email, saying “Peekiegram adds flavor when communicating what’s coming up next.” Owtside plans on releasing a version of this app for Android and Windows phones in the coming months.
