Saturday marked the the seventh anniversary of the Phoenix Idiotarod, a ridiculous bar crawl that encourages outlandishly dressed teams of five to run rampant through the streets of downtown with their decorated shopping carts, stopping at checkpoints (a.k.a. bars) along the way.

Sparky's Quill: War Horses, Legends of History

I recently saw the stage production “War Horse.” It was fantastic and I highly recommend it for anyone to watch. The play is based off a children’s book of the same name written in the 1980s by Michael Morpugo.

The Video Game Odyssey: That’s No Moon, It’s a Star Wars RPG Sequel!

Word has crept up in a recent IGN article about a possible Star Wars RPG being pitched by Obsidian Entertainment studios to LucasArts. According to the original RockPaperShotgun article, Obsidian CEO Feargus Urquhart was lobbying to create a new Star Wars RPG that would take place sometime between Episode III and Episode IV.
