Davon Durant pleaded not guilty on three counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and one count of felony aggravated assault in front of a judge Wednesday morning at Maricopa County Superior Court.

News broke at the first ASU football spring practice that Durant, the only five-star prospect in ASU’s 2015 recruiting class, had been removed from the roster following his arrest on March 6.

The judge recorded his not guilty plea and mentioned that Durant has still failed to provide a DNA sample and warned him that not doing so by the end of the day could result in the state issuing a warrant.

Durant is scheduled to appear in Maricopa Superior Court on May 6 at 8:15 a.m. for a pretrial conference.
