ASU basketball freshman Andre Adams tears ACL in left knee

Adams has injured his ACL twice in less than a year

ASU basketball freshman Andre Adams has re-torn the ACL in his left knee, per a report from Doug Haller of azcentral sports. 

The former Avondale Westview High power forward tore his ACL in his third game playing for the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, in November. 

He signed with the program in July, and will redshirt his freshman season. 

The Sun Devils begin practice Oct. 2 and open the season on Friday, Nov. 13 against Sacramento State at Wells Fargo Arena.
