Tempe police reported the following incidents Tuesday:

A 20-year-old Scottsdale man was arrested Nov. 15 in the 3800 block of North 60th Place on suspicion of criminal trespassing, assaulting an officer, disorderly conduct, underage drinking and having a false license, according to a Tempe Police report.

Officers located the man soon after he ran away from a home where he had been disruptive to its owners, police reported. The man seemed to be under the influence of alcohol and showed multiple signs of impairment, according to the report.

A background check revealed that the man was 20 years of age and the owners of the home visually identified him, police reported.

During a search, officers found a fake Pennsylvanian drivers license on the man’s person, according to the report.

Upon placing the man in the police car, officers found the man was uncooperative and pretended to be unresponsive as he lay on the ground, police reported.

After Tempe Fire Department arrived, the man became combative and kicked an officer in the head, according to the report.

The man was transported to Tempe City Jail, where he was booked and held to see a judge, police reported.

A 22-year-old Guadalupe man was arrested Nov. 15 in the 500 block of South Mill Avenue on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to a police report.

The man and his friend had been in a fight down the street prior to the incident, according to the report. Both men fled the scene and got involved in a second incident, police reported.

After the second fight, the man stabbed another man who had witnessed the fight, but had not been involved, according to the report.

The fight resulted in a large cut on the right side of the witness’s abdomen and the top knuckle of his right hand, police reported.

Although the man fled the scene, two other witnesses kept the man in sight until officers arrived, police reported.

The man was transported to Tempe City Jail, where he was booked and held to see a judge, police reported.
