ASU Police investigate 'suspicious' package outside Coor Hall

Update: Several ASU buildings were evacuated because of the investigation. ASU Police has confirmed that the package is harmless. Coor Hall and the buildings around it have been reopened and everything will resume as normal.

ASU Police are investigating a suspicious package left outside Tempe campus' Lattie F. Coor Hall this morning, police reported.

Coor Hall has been evacuated while police further investigate the package and police are advising students and staff to avoid the area until investigations have concluded.

No further information has been released about the package and police could not be reached for comment at the time of publication.
