ASU police reported the following incidents Tuesday:
A 17-year-old male student was arrested for possession of marijuana at the Memorial Union. An officer saw him smoking what appeared to be a marijuana cigarette, as the subject was walking westbound on Orange Street.
A vehicle burglary was reported in Parking Lot #37. An unknown person gained access to the 1991 Ford Ranger by damaging the passenger-side locking mechanism. The vehicle registration and insurance was taken, along with the faceplate of the CD player.
Tempe police reported the following incidents Wednesday:
A 48-year-old Tempe man was arrested for domestic violence and assault in the 300 block of West Laguna Drive. He allegedly punched the victim in the face, causing him to fall and hit his head on the ground. The victim is currently in critical condition.
A 33-year-old Tempe man was arrested for domestic violence and assault after he was found in Mesa. He reportedly hit his wife in the face after a verbal argument turned physical.
A 42-year-old woman was arrested for prostitution in the 1400 block of East Apache Boulevard. She allegedly agreed to perform oral sex on a man for $20. The man dropped her off after a few blocks because she didn't have a condom.
