ASU police had the following incidents to report Thursday:

A bike was stolen from the Life Sciences Building E-Wing. The total estimated loss is $300.

A bike was stolen from 909 S. Terrace Road. The total estimated loss is $300.

A driver's side window of a Jeep Grand Cherokee parked in Lot 59 was broken and $500 cash was reported missing from inside.

The letters "U" and "R" from the "Arizona State University" sign located on the southeast corner of Mill Avenue and Gammage Parkway were reported stolen.

A light pole located at the southeast corner of the lawn at Palo Verde Main was knocked over.

An 18-year-old Scottsdale Community College student was arrested for criminal damage at Palo Verde Main. He was reportedly having an argument with his ex-girlfriend while in the lounge area, when he began throwing couches and punched through the window of the lounge door.

A resident of Manzanita Hall was arrested and released for possession of drug paraphernalia after a RA smelled the strong odor of marijuana from his room and contacted ASU police.

Tempe police had the following incidents to report Thursday:

A 24-year-old Queen Creek man was arrested for criminal damage in the 100 block of South Hardy Drive. He reportedly broke his mother-in-law's phone by throwing it against a wall.

An 18-year-old Phoenix man was arrested for shoplifting at the Burlington Coat Factory at Arizona Mills Mall. He allegedly concealed $65 in clothing and was caught when he set off the alarm sensors.
