Tempe police reported the following incidents Friday:
A 20-year-old Tempe man was arrested early Friday morning at Maloney's On Campus, 955 E. University Drive. He was charged with public urination, possession and use of a fake ID, minor consumption of alcohol and theft. The man was reportedly found urinating in the bar's parking lot. "[He] was also holding two 32-ounce mugs, under his shirt, which he later admitted to stealing from Maloney's." The man reportedly gave police a fake California driver's license and said he used the fake ID to enter the bar and drink two Miller Light beers.
A 19-year-old male ASU student was arrested on the 1700 block of South Ventura Drive early Friday morning and charged with criminal damage. He reportedly broke the front living-room window of a residence on the 1700 block of South College Avenue and was later found at the arrest location.
ASU police reported the following incident Friday:
A 34-year-old Mesa man was arrested Thursday evening on the 400 block of East Rio Salado Parkway and charged with driving while his license was suspended. The man was stopped after police reportedly observed him driving 50 mph on the 35-mph stretch of road.
