Police seek assault suspect:
ASU police are looking for a man suspected of assaulting a female ASU student Sunday night.
The student was reportedly leaving Parking Structure 4 at 11:30 p.m. Sunday when the man -- who was reportedly holding a knife -- grabbed her from behind.
The student was reportedly thrown to the ground but fought the man off.
Police said the suspected attacker was a white male who was about 5-feet-8-inches tall and had an athletic build. He reportedly drove a dark-colored, four-door vehicle.
Police are asking anyone with information on the incident or the suspect to contact the ASU Department of Public Safety at (480) 965-3456.

Students lobby for financial aid bill:
University students from across Arizona testified in support of a bill that would increase the amount of available financial aid Wednesday.
Senate Bill 1133 was passed 5-1 by a committee.
Shon Zelman, government relations director of Undergraduate Student Government, along with five other ASU students and students from UA and NAU, gathered at the Capitol in support of the bill.
The bill, sponsored by Toni Hellon, R-Tucson, is important because it will substantially increase the amount of financial-aid money available for public university students, Zelman said.
The bill would make more money available for immediate use by cutting in half the amount of money in the state's financial-aid trust fund that has to be kept as permanent investment.
