ASU police reported the following incidents Tuesday:
Two 19-year-old male ASU students were arrested Monday night in Parking Structure 5 and charged with underage possession of alcohol.
"Do I have something in my room?" one suspect allegedly asked. "I don't think there's anything in there."
Police reported the other suspect looked at him and said, "In the car."
The first suspect then reportedly looked at the officer and said, "Its not ours."
A 22-year-old Phoenix woman was arrested Friday night at Packard Drive and Rio Salado Parkway and charged with aggravated DUI.
It was discovered that her license was suspended and when the officer asked if she knew her license was suspended she said she was "going to pay the fines today, but the courts wanted her to wait on the phone for 30 minutes" so she did not take care of them.
Tempe police reported the following incidents Tuesday:
A 23-year-old transient man was arrested at the Campus Store, 603 S. Mill Ave., and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing after he allegedly yelled at and mooned people inside the store.
An 18-year-old Tempe man was arrested and charged with burglary, aggravated assault and possession of burglary tools.
The suspect allegedly broke the window of the victim's car and stole the stereo. He was then chased by several witnesses and while being chased he took a double-blade knife out of his pocket and swung it.
