ASU police reported the following incidents Thursday:
A 19-year-old male ASU student was arrested at Adelphi Commons early Sunday morning and charged with public urination.
The suspect was allegedly standing against a wall and "there was a large puddle of liquid on the ground at the subject's feet," police said.
An 18-year-old male ASU student was arrested late Saturday night at Sahuaro Hall and charged with underage possession of alcohol.
A resident assistant reportedly smelled burnt marijuana in one of the rooms of the residence hall.
Upon investigation, police said they found no marijuana but found the subject in his room with two 12-packs of Corona beer and a bottle of Popov vodka.
Tempe police reported the following incidents Thursday:
A 37-year-old transient man was arrested Wednesday night at Circle K, 15 W. Southern Ave., on charges of disorderly conduct and shoplifting.
The man allegedly walked out of the store without paying for a hot dog and proceeded to yell and scream, bothering employees and customers.
A 27-year-old California man was arrested early Thursday morning and charged with several counts of drug possession.
The man was arrested during a vehicle stop after investigation revealed two outstanding Phoenix warrants, police said.
While searching the vehicle, police allegedly found a usable quantity of marijuana in the man's front shirt pocket and eight bags of crystal meth, a glass pipe and a second bag of marijuana on the front passenger's seat.
A 24-year-old Mesa woman and a 30-year-old Mesa man were arrested late Wednesday night on charges of felony theft.
The couple allegedly stole more than $2,432 worth of merchandise from the JCPenney Outlet Store at Arizona Mills mall, 5000 S. Arizona Mills Circle.
