ASU police reported the following incidents Friday:


A female ASU student reported criminal damage to her car Thursday afternoon at Parking Structure 4.

The student said she parked her car at 8 a.m. When she returned at 4 p.m., she found a scratch spanning the length of her driver's side door, the police report stated.

The scratch was about 24 inches long and a quarter inch wide, police reported.

There are no witnesses or leads at this time.


A 53-year-old male ASU employee reported a missing projector on Wednesday afternoon at the Architecture South building.

The projector was reportedly left in a room closet. The man said the room was left open during remodeling of the lab area, police reported.

The employee did know when the projector was missing, but it was last seen on July 11, the police report stated.



Tempe police reported the following incidents Friday:

A 25-year-old Tempe man was arrested Thursday evening on the corner of Mill Avenue and University Drive on charges of disorderly conduct.

The man caused a disturbance by starting a fight at the Jack in the Box on Mill Avenue, the police report stated.

Later, he placed his head in the window of a car and attempted to kiss the driver, police reported.

He was booked into the Tempe City Jail.


A 25-year-old Tempe man was arrested Thursday afternoon at University Drive and Perry Lane on charges of unlawful flight, aggressive driving and exhibition of speed.

The man allegedly was speeding and riding a "wheelie" while traveling westbound on University Drive. Police attempted to stop him but he fled the scene, the police report stated.

After he turned north into an industrial area, he was stopped and arrested, police reported.

He was booked into Tempe City Jail.


A 21-year-old female ASU student was arrested Friday morning on the 500 block of South Mill Avenue on charges of disorderly conduct.

The student yelled profanities about eight times to staff and people walking by at The Big Bang, the police report stated.

She was advised more than five times by police to move away from the scene, police reported.

She was transported to

Tempe City Jail.
