ASU police reported the following incidents Tuesday:
A male ASU student reported a chemical spill Monday afternoon at the Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building.
The student reportedly entered a lab room and found an unattended 55-gallon drum of alcohol on its side leaking in the middle of the room.
He said there was a large puddle of alcohol and the air was heavy with fumes, police reported.
He reportedly notified his supervisor and was instructed to pull the alarm and call ASU police.
The information of the case was relayed to ASU Environmental Health and Safety and Tempe Fire
Department, police reported.
