ASU police reported the

following incidents Tuesday:

A 48-year-old Phoenix man was arrested Monday morning near the corner of Rural Road and Lemon Street for an outstanding arrest warrant.

The man flagged down an officer and told him there was a skateboard in the middle of the road he was trying to remove for safety, police reported.

The man reportedly asked the officer if he could have the skateboard.

The officer said he could not grant permission for the man to take the skateboard, police reported.

The man allegedly granted the officer permission to do a records check and a warrant from the Arizona Department of Public Safety was found.


Tempe police reported the

following incidents Tuesday:

Two Tempe men, a 32-year-old and 28-year-old, were arrested Tuesday morning on the 100 block of East Harvard Drive on charges of criminal damage and disorderly conduct.

The men reportedly are roommates and were engaged in a pushing match.

During the match, the backyard fence was reportedly damaged and knocked over. Both men were extremely intoxicated, police reported.


A 41-year-old Tempe man was arrested Monday afternoon on the 600 block of South Farmer Avenue on charges of assault and domestic violence.

The man allegedly assaulted his cousin by placing him in a choke-hold and throwing him to the ground.

He fled the scene but was contacted and admitted to his involvement in the altercation, police reported.


An 18-year-old Mesa woman was arrested Monday evening on the 1600 block of West La Jolla Drive on charges of aggravated assault and domestic violence.

The woman allegedly assaulted her girlfriend by grabbing her left bicep and digging her fingernails into the skin.
