ASU police reported the following incidents Monday:
A 19-year-old male ASU student was arrested Sunday morning on the 600 block of Alpha Drive and charged with public urination and underage consumption of alcohol.
Officers approached the student after he was observed urinating on a bush, police reported.
When police asked him what he was doing, he said he was "peeing," police reported.
The man reportedly said he drank four cups of beer at a party.
The student allegedly told police he was carded before going into the party but he just "walked over and got some beer."
Tempe police reported the following incidents Monday:
A 24-year-old Tempe woman was arrested Sunday morning on the 200 block of West Hermosa Drive on charges of assault, criminal damage and failure to appear in court for driving on a suspended license.
The suspect allegedly assaulted her boyfriend whom she lives with by attempting to punch him several times in the face, police reported.
She then reportedly damaged dresser drawers that belonged to him and damaged a bathroom door by kicking it.
A 24-year-old Tempe woman was arrested Monday morning on the 100 block of East Broadway Road and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
The woman was arrested during a vehicle stop in which police discovered she had an outstanding warrant for her arrest, police reported.
Upon her arrest it was revealed she was in possession of narcotic drugs, drug paraphernalia and marijuana, police reported.
A 25-year-old ASU student was arrested early Sunday morning at Zuma Grill, located at 605 S. Mill Ave., and charged with interfering with a police investigation.
The man entered a police crime scene during an investigation, police said.
The man refused to leave the area after being asked by police five times, according to police.
