When asked for his age, he reportedly said he was 21.

When asked for his birth date, he again said he was 21, police reported

A strong odor of alcohol reportedly was coming from his breath, and his speech was slurred.

When asked again about his age, he replied he was 18 and told the officer to have a nice day and began to walk back to his room, police reported.

The officer reportedly grabbed his arm to keep him from walking away.

The man began to pull his arm away and turned his body to the officer in a fighting stance, police reported.

The officer reportedly applied a wristlock and handcuffed the man.

A breath test reportedly revealed he registered a blood-alcohol level of .228.
