ASU police reported the following incidents Tuesday:
A 19-year-old female ASU student reported a sexual assault Friday evening at Lot 59 North.
The woman said she met a male student at a party and they reportedly made out next to a truck, police reported.
They got into the truck and he had intercourse with her while she told him to stop and tried to open up the door several times, police reported.
Afterward, she got out of the truck and threw up, police reported.
She reportedly is unwilling to aid in prosecution and said she does not want to go to court.
Tempe police reported the following incidents Tuesday:
A 39-year-old Tempe man was arrested Sunday evening on the 900 block of East Lemon Street on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage.
The man allegedly played his stereo extremely loud and disturbed the peace of his neighbor.
The noise was so loud, it caused the neighbor's picture to fall off of the wall and break, police reported.
A 23-year-old Tempe woman was arrested Monday morning on the 3400 block of South Margo Drive on charges of domestic violence.
The woman allegedly hit her boyfriend's left forearm, leaving a scratch.
