ASU police reported the following incidents Thursday:
A Gus's New York Pizza delivery driver reported a theft Wednesday morning at Hassayampa Hall.
The driver reportedly attempted to deliver an order of chicken wings to a student at Hassayampa Academic Village.
An 18-year-old ASU student came out to pay for the wings with his Sun Card, but there was not enough money on the card to pay for the wings, police reported.
The student allegedly needed money, so his friend reportedly gave $3 to the driver.
The driver gave the $3 back to the student and took back the chicken wings
because it was not enough money, police reported.
The student reportedly grabbed a salad out of the back of the driver's car
and ran back into Hassayampa.
Police located the student and the student allegedly said he took the salad because he thought his Sun Card was charged $5 - enough for the item.
Police asked a Gus Pizza supervisor if he wanted to prosecute the student and he reportedly said no.
The supervisor just wanted the student to pay for the salad and the student agreed, police reported.
Two male ASU students, 18 and 19 years old, were arrested Tuesday morning at parking Structure 5 on charges of public urination and being underage with alcohol in the body.
The students were seen facing the northeast wall on the third floor of the structure with their feet separated and their hands in front of them at the waist or groin level, police reported.
Police saw the students walking away and two wet stains reportedly were left on the wall.
The officer approached the students, smelled alcohol and administered a portable breath test, police reported.
The students allegedly tested .147 and .103 BAC, respectively.
Tempe police reported the following incidents Thursday:

The men reportedly punched and kicked two cab drivers because of an argument over a cab fare.
A 33-year-old Scottsdale man was arrested Wednesday afternoon on the 7900 block of East Via Costa Street on charges of second-degree burglary.
The man used a stolen room key to enter a person's hotel room at Executive Suites Extended Stay,
1635 N. Scottsdale Rd., and stole a laptop and two pieces of gold jewelry, police reported.
