Tempe Police reported the following incidents Friday:

A 42-year-old transient man was arrested Friday morning at Residence Inn by Marriot, 5075 S. Priest Drive, on charges of trespassing.

On March 15, the man reportedly was warned not to return to the property but said he came back because God told him to.

He was not a guest in the hotel and not visiting anyone.

A 40-year-old Tempe woman was arrested Thursday morning on the 1800 block of East Hayden Lane on charges of second-degree burglary.

The woman allegedly entered the victim's apartment, on the 2000 block of East Broadway Road, on March 11 and stole an Ibanez electric guitar.

The victim outside the apartment reportedly confronted her.

She allegedly claimed she had permission to use the guitar, then reportedly ran to her vehicle and fled the scene.

A 34-year-old Tempe man was arrested Thursday morning on the 300 block of East Taylor Street on charges of urinating in public.

Police reportedly observed the man urinating in an alley.

He allegedly ran from police and was caught at the arrest location.

A 31-year-old Tempe woman was arrested Friday morning on the 1800 block of East Broadway Road on charges of domestic violence.

The woman reportedly "clawed" her husband's arms and chest with her fingernails.

A 21-year-old Coolidge woman was arrested Thursday evening on the corner of Los Feliz Drive and Broadway Road on charges of criminal damage.

The woman allegedly threw rocks at another woman's vehicle.

She reportedly stated the women in the other vehicle were trying to jump her.

She was transported to the Tempe City Jail and damage to the victim's car is about $500.
