ASU police reported the following incidents Tuesday:

Two ASU students were arrested in Parking Structure #5 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

One student was also charged with possession of marijuana.

The students were reportedly smoking marijuana in a vehicle.

Police found a usable amount of marijuana in a plastic bag, along with a plastic container and grinder containing marijuana residue, according to the report.

One student was cited and released from the ASU Police Station; the other was charged and released, pending review of the charges, police reported.

Approximately $21,997 worth of lab equipment was removed from Room #228 at the Schwada Building at an unknown time, police reported

Unknown suspects unlawfully entered and removed several items from the lab room at an unknown time, according to the report.

The items could have been taken any time between the year 2000 and Tuesday, police reported.

A Bio Radio lab course kit and two 16-channel, high-speed DAQ boards were missing from the inventory, according to the report.



Tempe Police reported the following incidents Tuesday:

A 30-year-old man was arrested at Grace Church, 1200 E. Southern Ave., on charges of disorderly conduct and false information.

The man reportedly walked into a women's Bible study and had to be escorted out by a church employee.

The man, who was intoxicated, refused to leave the property and took a swing at the employee, according to the report.

He then yelled obscenities at the women as they were leaving the classrooms, police reported.

When police arrived, he gave them false information about his identification, according to the report.

Police weren't able to positively identify him, and he was booked into Tempe City Jail, police reported.

A 19-year-old woman was arrested on the 1400 block of North Scottsdale Road in Tempe on charges of prostitution.

She was arrested after an investigation revealed that she had agreed to perform sex acts on an undercover officer under a fee arrangement, according to the report.

She was booked and held to see a magistrate, police reported.



A 50-year-old Mesa man was arrested on the 1200 block of South McClintock Drive on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia.

He was reportedly found with a small glass pipe and a usable quantity of crack rock in his shirt pocket, the report stated.

The man was contacted for trespassing, police reported.

Upon contact, the man threw his pipe away, according to the report.

He then admitted to possessing the pipe, and was transferred to Tempe City Jail after a search revealed the crack rock, police reported.
