ASU police reported the following incidents

Tuesday:

  • Between 1:30 and 1:35 p.m. on Nov. 18 an unknown suspect or suspects stole a cell phone belonging to a 20-year-old female ASU student, police reported.

    The phone was taken from a second floor bathroom stall at the Engineering G-Wing building on the Tempe campus, according to the police report.

    The estimated loss is $500, police reported.

    There are no leads, suspects or witnesses at this time, according to the police report.

  • Between 3:15 and 5 p.m. on Nov. 17 an unknown person or persons stole the laptop of a 40-year-old ASU staff member, police reported.

    The computer was stolen from the University Center building on the West campus, according to the police report.

    The total estimated loss is $900, police reported.

    There are no leads, suspects or witnesses at this time, according to the police report.

  • Between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Nov. 17 an unknown person or persons damaged the SUV of a 31-year-old ASU staff member, police reported.

    The car was parked on the second level of the Rural Road Parking Structure on the Tempe campus, according to the police report.

    The car reportedly had a 2-foot long scratch across the rear passenger door, police reported.

    The estimated total cost of damage is $200, according to the police report.

    There are no leads, suspects or witnesses at this time, police reported.

Tempe police reported the following incident Tuesday:

  • A 21-year-old Tempe woman was arrested Saturday on suspicion of disorderly conduct, police reported.

    The woman was arrested at the Fat Tuesday at 6805 S. Mill Ave. after she caused a disturbance by engaging in a fight with a security officer, according to the police reported.

    The suspect was reportedly trying to get the security officer to free her boyfriend who was in custody.

    During the altercation she restricted people from both entering and exiting the building, police reported.

    The woman was transported to Tempe City Jail and booked. She then kicked an officer in the right shin and was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, according to the police report.

    Investigation revealed the woman was currently on probation for aggravated assault on a police officer and was subsequently charged with violating her parole, police reported.

    She was believed to be under the influence of narcotics or alcohol during the altercation, according to the police report.

    The woman is currently being held to see a judge, police report.
