Tempe police reported the following incidents Saturday:

A 52-year-old Tempe man was arrested at 6:17 pm, June 25 on the 1200 block of South Lola Lane on suspicion of four counts of sale of dangerous drugs, according to a police report.

Police reported the man sold usable quantities of methamphetamine to undercover officers on four separate occasions while in Tempe.

He was arrested and transported to Tempe City Jail and held to see a judge, according to the report.



On June 25 at 2:46 pm, a 63-year-old Phoenix man was arrested on suspicion of 10 counts of the sexual exploitation of a minor, police reported.

Information developed that tied the man to a flash drive that contained hundreds of images of child pornography, according to a police report.

He was arrested at 2000 E. Rio Salado Parkway, according to the report.



A 36-year-old transient man was arrested on the 1200 block of South Maple Avenue on suspicion of not possessing identification while being a registered sex offender, police reported.

He was contacted during a shoplifting investigation, according to a police report.

A records check revealed the man to be a registered sex offender, police reported.

He didn’t have any identification and was transported to Tempe City Jail, according to the report.



On June 29 at about 4:30 pm, a woman and her 25-year-old Phoenix boyfriend entered Saks 5th Avenue at Arizona Mills Mall, located at 5000 S. Arizona Mills Circle, police reported.

The man, who is listed as a suspect, is on suspicion of removing $650 worth of sunglasses from the display shelf and walking out of the store, according to a police report.

He passed all points of sale without paying for the items, police reported.

Investigation further revealed that the two are on suspicion of stealing $1,000 worth of sunglasses on June 14 at the same store, according to a police report.

When the man was contacted and arrested, he gave a false name, date of birth and social security number, police reported.

He had five outstanding warrants and was booked into jail, according to the report.



A 29-year-old Glendale man was arrested June 30 at 11:55 pm at Circle K, located at 222 E. Baseline Road, after he entered the store, walked behind the counter and reportedly removed five cartons of cigarettes from the display case, police reported.

The cigarettes were estimated to be worth about $279.95, according to a police report.

The man was detained by security and was transported and booked into Tempe City Jail, police reported.
