The man was pulled over for failure to stay in a single lane and officers observed he had bloodshot and watery eyes, slow movement and slurred speech, according to a police report.

After further investigation it was revealed that the suspect was allegedly driving on a suspended license, which he told the officer he was aware of, police reported.

The suspect refused a breath test and a warrant of a blood sample was issued, according to a police report.

  • A 19-year-old Washington man was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of criminal damage, domestic violence and underage consumption of alcohol on East Fifth Street and South Hardy Drive, police reported.
