ASU Police reported the following incidents Tuesday:

  • An 18-year-old female ASU student was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, assault and being under 21 with alcohol in her body at Sonora Hall on ASU’s Tempe campus at approximately 2:35 a.m. Saturday, according to a police report.

    The woman threw water balloons at an 18-year-old woman at Sonora Hall and proceeded to punch that woman while attempting to hit another woman, police reported.

    The woman was transported to the ASU Police Station, where she was booked and released, according to a report.

  • A 20-year-old male ASU student was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and being a minor with alcohol in his body at the 1000 block of East Concorda Drive in Tempe at approximately 5:35 a.m. Sunday, according to a police report.

    The man was contacted after it was reported that he punched a hole in the wall of his girlfriend’s apartment located at the 700 block of East Apache Boulevard in Tempe at approximately 2:30 a.m. that morning, police reported.

    He was transported to the ASU Police Department, where he was booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail on an “in-custody” citation, according to the report.

  • An unknown person or persons stole 25 gallons of fertilizer from the 1600 block of South McAllister Avenue in Tempe between 3 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday, according to a police report.

    The total estimated loss is $300, police reported.

    There are no suspects or leads at this time, according to the report.

Tempe Police reported the following incidents Tuesday:
  • A 20-year-old Phoenix man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe at approximately 1:45 a.m. Sunday, according to a police report.

    The man was seen smoking a joint in the restroom of the venue, police reported.

    He was transported to Tempe City Jail, where he was booked and released, according to a police report.

  • A 19-year-old Tempe man was arrested on suspicion of fraud at the Marquee Theatre at approximately 10:29 p.m. Saturday, according to a police report.

    The man was discovered to have been selling false event tickets, police reported.

    The man admitted to photocopying the tickets and selling them on craigslist.org, according to the report.

    A records check revealed the man had an outstanding felony warrant, and he was transported to Tempe City Jail, where he was booked, police reported.
