ASU Police reported the following incidents Wednesday:

 

  • A 19-year-old man was arrested Sunday at the 1400 block of South Rural Road on suspicion of underage drinking and public urination, according to a police report.Witnesses told police the man was urinating in public, police reported.Police reported the man had bloodshot, watery eyes and smelled like alcohol.The man had difficulty keeping his balance and was swaying from side to side, police reported.The man informed police that he drank vodka at a Super Bowl party an hour before, according to the report.

    The man was arrested, transported to ASU Police Department holding cell and then released pending minor-in-consumption charges, police reported.

  • ASU Family Resources notified ASU Police Friday of graffiti at the 900 block of South Terrace Road, according to a police report. The graffiti on the northeast side of the Campus Children Center consisted of four pictures of what was described as a light-colored object, a multi-colored coyote, mountain scene and illegible black writing, police reported.Police notified Facilities Management and requested the removal of each 3-by-2 foot image, according to the report. Damages were estimated at $50, and there are no leads, suspects or witnesses at this time, police reported.
