ASU Police reported the following incidents Monday:

  •  Two University students, a man and a woman, were arrested Thursday at the 900 block of South Forest Mall on suspicion of consuming alcohol under the age of 21, according to a police report.

ASU Police were called regarding two people having sex by Coor Hall, police reported.

When an officer arrived, he saw the man with his shirt unbuttoned and the woman sitting next to a puddle of vomit, which the man said was his, according to the report.

The officer could smell alcohol coming from them both, police reported.

Both people had bloodshot, watery eyes and spoke with slurred speech, according to the report.

The woman said she drank two Miller Lite beers about an hour before police arrived, police reported.

The man told the officer the two were not causing any problems and were just walking back to their dorms, according to the report.

When the officer arrested the couple, the man started to cry and said he was going to get in trouble with the University for having a previous arrest with ASU Police regarding alcohol and marijuana, according to the report.
