ASU Police reported the following incidents Friday:
- A man was arrested Monday inside the Music West building on Gammage Parkway on suspicion of criminal trespassing, according to a police report.
Police were called after the man had been in a bathroom for 4 1/2 hours, according to the report.
An officer found the man sitting in a stall and listening to music through headphones, police reported.
When the officer identified himself, the man said he was sick and started to make vomiting sounds, according to the report.
The officer convinced the man to open the stall and identify himself, police reported.
The officer ran the man’s name through a computer system and found he was a repeat trespasser, according to the report.
The man was taken to a patrol car, where he was given a citation, a verbal warning and an ASU map, police reported.
- A man was arrested Jan. 20 on the 900 block of South Palm Walk on suspicion of consuming alcohol under the legal age, according to a police report.
An officer on a routine patrol saw the man walking side to side and stumbling, according to the report.
The man changed directions when the officer called out and started walking toward him, police reported.
The officer detained and handcuffed the man because he appeared to be trying to escape, according to the report.
The man took a Breathalyzer test and had a blood alcohol content of 0.169, police reported.
After the test, the man was cited and released, according to the report.
