Tempe Police reported the following incidents Monday:

A 41-year-old Tempe man was arrested Oct. 21 on the 300 block of West Lakeview Drive on suspicion of criminal trespassing, according to a police report.
The man was seen on a security camera attempting to cross Tempe Town Lake by using the light rail bridge, the report said.
He was contacted by police and light rail security on the tracks next to the 300 block of South Ash Avenue, where he was taken into custody, police reported.
According to police, he refused to give officers his name or identification.
He was taken to Tempe City Jail, where he was booked, according to the report.

A 21-year-old Tempe man was arrested Oct. 22 on the 2100 block of East University Drive on suspicion of unlawful means of transportation, driving with a suspended license and being a fugitive from justice, according to a police report.
An officer saw the man traveling on a minibike between 20 mph and 30 mph on the sidewalk of University Drive near Price Road, the report said.
The officer followed him until he reached his residence to make contact, police said.
Police reported that the bike had a 17-digit vehicle identification number and is listed with the Arizona Motor Vehicle Department.
The report said the bike meets the requirements of Arizona to be a registered vehicle and the operator needs to be licensed to use it.
According to police, the man’s license was suspended at the time he was pulled over, and the officer reported he had an outstanding warrant from Maricopa County Superior Court.
The man was taken to Tempe City Jail, where he was booked, the report said.

A 22-year-old Phoenix man was arrested Oct. 21 on the 2100 block of West University Drive on suspicion of marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, according to a police report.
An officer reported pulling the man over because his vehicle had an expired registration.
The man told the officer he did not have a driver’s license and that it had been suspended, the report said.
The man was taken out of the vehicle and his car was searched prior to impound, police reported.
The officer said he found marijuana in the back seat of the car behind the driver.
The man was detained and told the officer he also had a marijuana pipe in his front shirt pocket, according to the report.
The man was taken to Tempe City Jail, where he was booked and released pending charges, the report said.
