Tempe Police reported the following incidents Tuesday:

A 37-year-old Conroe, Texas, man was arrested Nov. 3 on the 800 block of West Baseline Road on suspicion of marijuana, dangerous drug and drug paraphernalia possession, according to a police report.
Police contacted the man after the manager of a Taco Bell reported he was passed out behind the wheel, the report said.
When officers approached the car, they saw a glass pipe with residue in plain view in the front passenger seat, police said.
As an officer removed the man from the car, a metal container with a white crystal substance fell from his lap, according to police.
Officers did a flash test and found the substance was positive for methamphetamines, police reported.
Officers searched the car and found marijuana and a wooden pipe with marijuana residue in the front passenger compartment, the report said.
The man was booked into Tempe City Jail and released pending charges, the report said.

A 21-year-old Gilbert man was arrested Nov. 4 on the 1100 block of East Apache Boulevard on suspicion of burglary, according to a police report.
A security guard saw the man entering an apartment on East Apache Boulevard, the report said.
He took took approximately $128 from inside the apartment, according to the report.
The man left the apartment heading southeast and was detained by an officer near the apartment complex, police said.
A witness positively identified the man to police, according to the report.
The man was booked into Tempe City Jail and held to see a judge, the report said.
