ASU vs. Oregon State: By the numbers

The total number of yards allowed by ASU's defense. It was 502 before Sean Mannion kneeled down twice to run the clock out at the end of the game. It was the most yards the Sun Devils allowed since their 35-point loss to UCLA on Sept. 25.

The number of receptions by players not named Jaelen Strong or D.J. Foster. Out of Taylor Kelly's 22 completions, Strong and Foster caught 17 of them. It was clear throughout the game that Kelly didn't have another comfortable target to throw to, and it cost him.

The number of penalty yards accrued by the Sun Devils. It was also the most penalized game for ASU since the UCLA loss. Sensing a trend?

The yards averaged per play by Oregon State. The stat was padded by three touchdowns of at least 66 yards. To contrast, ASU averaged 4.9 yards per play.

ASU's record under Todd Graham while leading at half. Saturday marked the first time in the Todd Graham-era that ASU took a lead into the half and didn't win the game. The Sun Devils were outscored by the Beavers 21-3 in the second half.
