The Phoenix area is bursting with talent, and the illustrious venues that showcase it are hosting some fun shows this month. Relax, have fun with friends and get away from campus for a night by checking out one of these eight concerts happening in the Valley this month.

Feb. 13: Chris Farren at The Rebel Lounge

Chris Farren is a Los Angeles-based alternative pop songwriter originally from Florida. He will be playing an all-ages show at The Rebel Lounge at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13. 

The bands Retirement Party and Macseal will be opening for Farren. You can find tickets for this event here

Feb 14: Belaganas at Pub Rock Live

Phoenix band Belaganas is playing at Pub Rock Live in Scottsdale on Valentine's Day, along with fellow acts Saiah and Dovi. Formed in 2016, the group performs alternative hip-hop and bedroom pop. The show begins at 8 p.m.

Feb. 14: Crush Arizona

This Valentine's Day festival at the Rawhide Western Town & Event Center in Chandler is perfect for any EDM fan. Performers at the event include Audien, Habstrakt and TYNAN

Feb. 18: Andy Shauf at Crescent Ballroom

Toronto-based singer-songwriter Andy Shauf is coming to Crescent Ballroom on Tuesday, Feb. 18 to play a 16+ show. Shauf will be playing after Molly Sarlé the opener, when the show begins at 8 p.m.

Feb. 22 and Feb. 23: Arizona Roots

The music and arts festival, also at Rawhide in Chandler, features acts like Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley, Rebelution, DUBBEST and 4th & Orange.

Feb. 23: Magic City Hippies at Crescent Ballroom

Miami-based alt-popstars Magic City Hippies are coming to Phoenix to play a 16+ show at the Crescent Ballroom on Sunday, Feb. 23. The show will begin at 8 p.m., with The Palms playing as the opener.

Feb. 25: Lower Dens at Valley Bar

Lower Dens, an alternative pop band from Baltimore, Maryland, is playing a 21+ show on Tuesday, Feb. 25 at Valley Bar

Feb. 29 and March 1: Innings Festival

This music festival at Tempe Beach Park features acts from all over the country, from headliners like Dave Matthews Band, Death Cab for Cutie and Weezer to indie acts like Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Dr. Dog and Wilderado
