Russell is about to release a new video that attempts to explain away previous problems and re-focus attention on an African warlord Joseph Kony who uses torture and murder to force children into his army. Earlier this spring his first video went viral. Soon after Russell claims he had a mental breakdown and was infamously taped running through his neighborhood naked.
