Baxter Vigil

The vigil for Danica Baxter and her three children who were the victims of a murder/suicide by the husband and father, Glenn Baxter, takes place outside of the Tempe Center for the Arts on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2015. Domestic violence awareness groups gave out supplies for participants to write about those they know who have been affected by domestic violence.
