Freshman midfielder Nick Johnson looks for an opening earlier this month in ASU's 15-9 loss against UC San Diego. The ASU men's lacrosse club downed UA in the regular-season finale to finish tied for first place in the Western Collegiate Lacrosse League but failed to make the playoffs because of a goal differential tiebreaker. The Sun Devils lose just three seniors off this year's team.
