This model shows the conceptual design of Centerpoint Condominiums, planned for construction in Centerpoint Plaza, just off Mill Avenue and University Drive. The first phase of the development, expected to be finished in spring 2007, will include 176 condominium residences, a 23,150 square-foot public plaza, 1,976 spaces of multi-level parking and a 13,657-square-foot gourmet grocery. When completed, the complex will include some of the tallest structures in the city.
