Anti-war protesters took to Mill Avenue on Saturday night to let their opposition toward any American action in the Syrian strife be heard. The group assembled at Tempe Beach Park and later marched down the street carrying signs. The group will continue to march every Saturday night.

Fifty students and community members met at Old Main on Sunday night to hold a vigil for victims of the bombing at the Boston Marathon. American Indian dancers and drummers from across the U.S. and Canada gathered to participate in ASU Pow Wow, a three-day dance and music competition held at the ASU Band Practice Field. March Madness starts up this weekend. The State Press sports desk posted its picks for the final four and national champion to help ASU students fill out their brackets.
Slideshow: ASU softball undefeated in Kajikawa Classic
The ASU softball team started off their season on the right note by going 7-0 in their home tournament the Kajikawa Classic. The Sun Devils dominated from the mound. Led by junior pitcher Dallas Escobedo the Sun Devils only gave up 2 runs and one was unearned. Offensively ASU was led by junior infielder Cheyenne Coyle who had 5 home runs over the course of the tournament. The story can be read here.
