A few dozen protesters gathered outside the Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in downtown Phoenix Wednesday afternoon to protest Senate Bill 1070. The law went into effect Tuesday, two years after the state legislature passed it and three months after the Supreme Court ruled to uphold parts of the bill. Illegal immigrants were among the speakers at Wednesday’s protest.

After defeating the No. 1-seed Michigan State Spartans 57-44, the Louisville Cardinals stunned the University of Florida Gators on Saturday with a thrilling comeback late in the second half to win 72-68. The Louisville Cardinals will head to New Orleans this upcoming weekend for the Final Four round to face off against the No. 2 Kansas Jayhawks.
