The Sun Devils are one of only four teams (Iowa, South Carolina, ASU, Tennessee) ranked within the top 25 that are yet to register a team win. However, the Sun Devils have recorded three second place finishes to go with a sixth and a seventh, still in search of that elusive first-place victory as the season begins to wind down.

The current field of participants include eight of the current top-25 teams in the women's college golf rankings: No. 1 UCLA, No. 3 Alabama, No. 5 Northwestern, No. 11 Arizona, No. 12 Arizona State, No. 13 Washington, No. 19 UNLV and No. 20 Colorado.
