With classes hitting a crunch point, and no free time to go out perusing cute boutiques and shops, Internet shopping during homework breaks seems like the best answer to keep a person sane during all the craziness of midterm week. Now, since I know many of you are into shopping locally (as we all should be), I thought it would be nice to tell you about some of the local stores surrounding downtown Phoenix where you can purchase from them online (you know, during those mid-term study breaks).

First on the list is Butter Toast Boutique, located off of Roosevelt and 6th streets. Butter Toast offers a variety of women’s, men’s, and children’s vintage clothing, as well as vintage accessories and home goods. Even before the shop opened their doors in downtown Phoenix, they ran a very successful Etsy shop where they sold all of their vintage items. Today, they have combined their old Etsy shop with their new store and are now continuing to sell vintage through the Butter Toast Boutique Etsy shop online.

The second shop that is an online must-check-out is Hailey’s Handmedowns. HH sells men's and women’s vintage clothing, handpicked to ensure ultimate cuteness and a one-of-a-kind look. Hailey’s shop is full of pretty dresses (many are so perfect for spring and summer), vintage T-shirts for men and women, as well as some of the prettiest vintage shoes and bags I’ve ever seen. Hailey’s shop is definitely a great place to look if you’re thinking about updating your spring/summer wardrobe.

Last on my list is Bunky Boutique. This boutique, located in the same building as Giant Coffee, carries new men’s and women’s clothing and accessories, many of which can also be found in their online Big Cartel shop. In their online store, you will find men and women’s t-shirts, as well as women’s dresses, jackets, handbags, jewelry, and also a few odds and ends including yoga gear, hats, and fun gifts.

So, if you’re in need of a study break and want a little retail therapy in your life, check out all of these awesome local online stores.
