Now, many of us cannot necessarily wear high-arched, platform high-heels all of the time, so that is why there is a new trend of shoes called the flatform? Flatforms are the newest, most nifty shoe for spring.
Judging by the name you can probably guess that the flatform shoe is a platform and a flat. So basically it would be like taking your favorite pair of sandals and adding a bit of platform of lift to them.
These shoes come in a variety of styles, shapes, and colors. Some of the flatforms have a bit more of a wedge to them, but if they do, it is very minimal. Flatforms are also great for those certain outfits where you really need some height, yet high-arched heals are too painful, and flats don’t give you that look that you are going for.

As far as the right outfit to wear with flatforms I recommend paring them with high-waisted, wide-leg jeans. I would also recommend pairing the shoes with a dress or with a full mini-skirt. I even think that high-wasted linen shorts would look great with the shoes. Flatforms give a very spring like feel; so many spring clothes would pair perfectly.
When I first came across this trend, I thought the idea was a little bizarre and unusual. However, the more I look at the different versions of the flatform that various designers have created, I fell more in love with the idea and the look.
Not only do flatforms give you a stylish look, but they also provide comfort with a little bit of two kinds of shoes; sandals and platforms. So be daring, and try out this new flatform trend.
