It’s not delivery and it’s not DiGorgnio... It’s English muffin pizza!

Yep, that’s right. No need to fuss with buying your own pizza dough or even making frozen pizzas in the oven. This week’s recipe is for a pizza made on toasted English muffins.

Perfect for lunch or a late night snack, these mini pizzas are easy to make and only requires a few simple, inexpensive ingredients that you might even have in your pantry already.

Use your creativity by dressing up this snack with your favorite pizza toppings like veggies, ham and pineapple, or go the classic route with shredded cheese.

If you don’t have an oven, you can toast the English muffin in a toaster or toaster oven, spoon on the pizza sauce, sprinkle with cheese and toppings, then melt it all in the microwave.

Ingredients:

English muffins

Canned pizza sauce

Shredded cheese

Optional toppings: pepperonis, peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, pineapple, ham, pepperoni, and salami

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°.

2. On a baking sheet, arrange English muffin halves. Evenly spread sauce on each half. Evenly top with cheese and desired pizza toppings.

3. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
