  • A Flagstaff man was arrested Sunday on the 700 block of East Apache Boulevard on suspicion of underage drinking, according to a police report.

A community assistant contacted police after the man's dorm room flooded, police reported.

The man said he was unsure of how the room flooded and that he had alcohol the night before, according to the report.

Police found that the man's shower was running and flooded his room, the bathroom and the room next to his, police reported.

The man was cited and released, according to the report.

  • A 33-year-old man was arrested Sunday on the 300 block of East University Drive on suspicion of drug paraphernalia possession, according to a police report.

Police officers were notified of a suspicious person near the ASU Fulton Center, according to the report.

Officers said the man seemed confused when they spoke to him, police reported.

The man said he was waiting for his ride after leaving a bar on Mill Avenue, according to the report.

He then told police that he had been in an accident that affected his memory, police reported.

After police ran the man's information through dispatch, they found two outstanding warrants under his name, but they could not confirm it because he refused to provide the spelling of his name, according to the report.

He then told police that "his friends called him a 'playa,'" police reported.

Police then used booking photos to identify the man and confirm that the warrants were for him, according to the report.

Police found a pipe used for smoking methamphetamine when they searched him, police reported.

The man was then cited and transferred to Fourth Avenue Jail, according to the report.
