That gum you like never went out of style: Thoughts on ‘Twin Peaks’ revival

A quarter of a century after David Lynch first pulled back the velvet curtain on the mysterious town of Twin Peaks for unprepared network television audiences, we’re going back to that not-so-quiet town — and I’m kind of bummed about it. Way back in 1990, the show premiered on ABC — only to run for two seasons.
