Harkins Theatres is one of the major chains in the Valley, mostly showing big-budget blockbusters. But Harkins Camelview 5, located near Scottsdale Fashion Square, is a break from the mainstream, offering a smaller, more intimate movie-going experience while showing international and independent films that might not otherwise be seen in the Valley. Camelview draws an artsy crowd and has been host to the Scottsdale International Film Festival.
