LOUGHNER AND THE MEDIA
(In regards to the media’s response to the motives behind the killings in Tucson.)
Keith Olbermann, Chris Matthews, The New York Times, etc. all told us that the rhetoric of Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly and Sarah Palin was the cause of Arizona's tragedy.
However, with the facts in, we discover that the Arizona assassin is a psychotic with a deeply troubled mental past — a madman!
Dare we expect any apology for rash judgment from the collective left wing nuts? It will never happen, as our national media never holds them accountable in such matters.

Our parents told us that we shouldn’t talk about politics and religion. But we aren’t at the dinner table. And we don’t live at home anymore either.
With a letter to the editor, you may not only disregard your parent’s advice, but also voice your opinion on politics, religion, campus life and much more.
This box will serve as your daily platform to hear what students at ASU have to say and what issues are on their minds. Don’t you want to be heard?
If The State Press is not covering an issue that is important or our columnists take a stance you disagree with, let us know.
This independent daily is put together for students, by students. It is your paper. We encourage you to voice your concerns.
Send us your letters to the editor to letters.editor@asu.edu. We look forward to hearing from you.
